Because our products are personal-care items intended for direct use, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered, including for change of mind, incorrect selection, or a partially used product. This is a standard hygiene and safety practice for personal-care products.
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or different from what you ordered — or if an item is missing from your order — contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@healthandbeauty4u.com or 9991333161, along with a photo/video of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will re-deliver the correct product to you at no extra cost. We do not issue cash refunds for these cases.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
